Well good evening, Melbourne, and welcome to the Reputation Stadium Tour. You know, it isn't my first time in Melbourne. I've been here twelve times to play shows for you. I know a few things--I know for a fact that there are a million things you could be doing on your Friday night, right? You could be doing anything. You made a choice, a choice that I'm so grateful for: you decided that you were gonna come and hang out with and make this us a nearly sold out stadium show on a Friday night. Thank you, Melbourne. You know, I was getting ready in my dressing room and I could hear--I could hear exactly what was going on out here, and I was getting excited about playing tonight. Like, they're gonna be insane. They're gonna be as I remember you. I always remember Melbourne crowds as being wild and passionate and bouncy and rowdy. And I heard what you guys were doing during our incredible opening acts. I just want to verify that I'm correct in thinking that you love Charli XCX and Broods as much as I do, huh? Perfect. (...) You were singing the words to the first couple of songs, and not just singing them. It's like you were screaming every single word. Am I correct in thinking that, Melbourne? (...) I'd like to say that what you guys are doing tonight already is more than beautiful. what's the word for something more than beautiful?
