Okay so I'm at the gym, sitting in my car blasting the heat while I finish my coffee - it's 8°C and I'm wearing a gloves and an anorak 😂 Going to smash shoulders and do a bit of cardio if I have enough time. Hoping I can get the 12kg dbs up today for reps, so pray for ya girl Also I'm seeing Alien tomorrow night with my dad and this is the first time in months, probably a year, that we've gone out and done something together. I'm so excited!
