Recipe: 30mls Blanco Tequila 30mls @cointreau 30mls freshly squeezed lemon juice Dash of egg white . How to: place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigourously for one minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass rimmed with Chilli Salt. . The Baths Middle Brighton have very kindly donated their recipe book to a charity event that I am working on @songsforthesea The event will be held on 19th November at Elwood Sailing Club to raise money for Sea Shepherd’s marine debris campaign.
