This is really messy (and I don't know if I'll clean it up anytime soon) but I was really inspired by this song and its general tone reminded me of nnt so here we are! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ I’ve always wanted to try my hand at one of these, and I think it turned out nicely!
So @sanbantaikarin asked me to HC Hitsukarin and one other ship to this ask meme~ my answers are below for Hitsukarin from Bleach and Meliobeth from NNT~!
Hitsukarin
Wakes up first: Toshiro almost always wakes up first because he has to be in for work as early as possible to clean up Matsumoto’s messes from the prior night’s ‘secret’ drinking parties. Karin’s sleeping habits are those of a typical college/post-college student and likes to sleep in if she can manage to. Toshiro does his best to keep quiet to A) not wake up the slumbering Kurosaki daughter and B) enjoy how sweet an calm she looks when she is dreaming.
Sings in the shower: Karin, without a doubt. She’s also the kind of person to blast the radio in the car and scream the song lyrics at the top of her lung w/o caring what people think of her obnoxious antics. She often gets a lil’ silly with it, just because she can. Toshiro does his best not to lose his hearing, but always has a smile on his face when Karin gets dorky the way she does.
Makes breakfast every morning: Toshiro is the better cook out of the two of them. He’s not a 5* chef, but he beats Karin’s -2* cooking skills.
Is the first to think about adopting/having a child: Toshiro is the first one to think about it. He and Karin didn’t start talking about it until a few years of being married. Both were hesitant to even consider starting a family due to the dangerous job of being high ranking Shinigami and the twisty, windy fate that his held by anyone with Kurosaki blood. Toshiro was the Captain of Squad 10, Karin was the 4th seat of Squad 11. In the end, Toshiro wanted a family because he never really had one, and Karin fully supported this idea. Besides, new, young visitors to Toshiro’s grandmother’s house would be a heartwarming sight.
Gets sick the easiest: Karin gets sicker because unlike Toshiro, she still has some sensibility to winter weather.
Loves to cuddle: Toshiro is secretly the biggest cuddle bug and Karin loves to indulge in his tender tendencies.
Falls asleep on the couch while they’re watching a movie: Toshiro never gets enough sleep, so whenever Karin puts on her sci-fi or horror films, he often finds himself nodding off while holding Karin/being held.
Is super clingy: They are both clingy in their different ways. When they are alone, Toshiro is always in contact with Karin. When on the battlefield together, neither try to leave the other’s side. When one has a nightmare, one comforts the other, sometimes even unconsciously.
Meliobeth/Melizabeth
Wakes up first: Meliodas 11/10, just so he can soak in the sight of Elizabeth sleeping next to him.
Sings in the shower: Meliodas ‘cause he’s a TOTAL DORK and knows that Elizabeth can hear his voice from the bar.
Makes breakfast every morning: Also Meliodas, even though his cooking is just as bad as Elizabeth’s, because Elizabeth is happiest eating his terrible, ungodly creations.
Is the first to think about adopting/having a child: Elizabeth cannot help but daydream about her future with Meliodas. Being the nurturing soul she is, she longs to have her own children and create a happy life for them. Meliodas also wants children and fantasizes about having a son to go hunting with and a daughter to spoil.
Gets sick the easiest: Elizabeth being in a human body, Otherwise, neither of them get sick ‘cause they be special like that xP
Loves to cuddle: They both are cuddle fiends~ They are constantly in contact and long to be in each other’s arms. They are the kind of couple that doesn’t care if the world thinks they are too mushy. PDA’s are very important to them, especially to Meliodas, so there is no shortage of fluffy moments with them.
Falls asleep on the couch while they’re watching a movie: Elizabeth does her best to stay awake for Meliodas when he puts on a movie, but being in his arms in a room only lit by TV light just causes a reason in her that causes her to become drowsy. That said, Meliodas NEVER complains when she dozes off on him because her living, breathing, presence is such a gift. Also...he likes watching her sleep.
Is super clingy: They are both incredibly clingy to one another, but Meliodas is the biggest, sappiest, puppy. He is constantly doing lil’ tasks for Elizabeth, even when she doesn’t want him to help her, just because he loves her so much. Meliodas and Elizabeth are always at each other’s side, no matter what, for all of time. Elizabeth is never afraid to take his hand, snuggle him, or give him a soft peck on the cheek, even when they are around lots of people.
