Idril, though when she does she keep her husband's personal preferences in mind. She probably already knows what he likes better than he ever will.

Tuor, but only because Idril doesn't need much sleep compared to her husband. She will often pretend to fall asleep before him, but eventually Tuor figures it out and though maybe a bit envious he is touched by the gesture.

I’ve read it twice (I’m in 9th grade now, but skipped 8th, so it was only a year ago I read the Silm). It was a lot easier to read the second time around; it just felt a lot lighter to read.

Oh I see. I don't want it to sound rude, but I'm really impressed because you are so young. (I hated it when people told me things like that when I was younger) And you are one of my favourite blogs on tumblr because you seem to be so calm and friendly.

Re-reading it seems to be like visiting someone you really like for the second time.

The first time I read it, it took me a few months (partially because I was in 7th grade and it’s so dense). I didn’t take notes.

In the 7th grade? That's impressive. Most kids in that age wouldn't touch such a book. (When I was in 7th grade I was still re-reading the lord of the rings). Have you read it several times?
