Birdland: free, has cute kids learning they’re gay. it’s very feel-good
Gone Home: $19.99, currently on sale for $3.99. you don’t play as an explicitly queer character, but it is about a gay teen. i’m not a huge fan of this one myself?? but it’s still not one that ends in explicit death or tragedy so *shrugs*
Undertale: $9.99, currently on sale for 6.99 super good representation all around. very feel-good game as long as you go the pacifist route. Probably my all-time favorite game.

We Know The Devil: fucking amazing and makes me cry. play through and get the true ending it is absolutely Worth It
With Those We Love Alive: gay trans girl in terrible fucked up world who gets to leave her past behind and make something new for herself. one of my absolute favorite storytelling experience, this game is so important to me
actually most of Porpintine's games are GREAT in terms of queerness/mental illness/ect without the whole death trope
