my friend showed me a headline today that made me think of the Reader from Harmless because it was so absurd lol "Bank robber gets away with heist because witnesses were distracted by 'ugly tie'." (Witnesses can't describe the face of a man who robbed a bank at gunpoint in central Germany on Tuesday because he wore a colorful 1980s-style tie that distracted them)

I made myself laugh thinking about the drunk reader from A lot like us having to deal with that door with too many doorknobs lol

Psstttt... that ALLU drunk reader is me. ME. I mean seriously that’s exactly how I behave and I would be SO screwed if I saw those doorknobs. Like... suffice to say that as soon as I saw that picture, it shot very high up on my list of ‘situations to never find myself in.’

Glad it made you laugh though ;)

Lair Review for @melonberri​

I love the lore of your lair tabs so much. Your clan introduction on your clan page is very vivid and makes me feel at home. Which isn’t surprising, you’re a very good word smith after all. I’m not familiar with final fantasy 12 since I never played any of the finfal fantasy games, but the names you used for your tags feel very fitting and - for me as a ff noob - make the categories sound mysterious. As for your dragons: You have a wonderful variety of dragons and colors/genes. And I’m happy to see so many familiar faces!

Let’s start with the dragon show:

1. Pria I love Pria. She looks like an embodiment of the nature flight. Her colors, the accents and her apparel create an awesome look (I love the snake). You probably wouldn’t see her even when standing right in front of her, staring into her face and only when (if) she moves or starts talking then you realize you are facing a dragon and not some thick underbush.  She looks like she is usually someone preferring their own company (and the one of the snake) instead of being in a group.  Is she a druid? Or a ranger? A wanderer patrolling the clan’s borders?

2. Charizard What a beautiful lady! Copper is a great color and I love the green hue the bee gene gives it. It works good with her fire primary and the capsule gene makes her look like she is filled with liquid fire. Her outfit looks a bit random but is a good way, everything fits somehow; The bronze west and scarf nod towards her fire origin and the woodtrail hints at her connection to the nature flight. Her bio says she is an apprentice of the Flamecaller, and I wonder: What does an apprentice of the Flamecaller do in a nature flight? Is she doing a sabbatical? I wanna know!

3. Patrice Oooh this one looks so creepy! She is perfect! You made her The Bone Singer and her appearance fits the theme well. Skin and apparel work and create an overall creepy picture. What does a Bone Singer do? She looks like she travelled the Scarred Wasteland and learned some secret magc. Bone magic so to say. Is it malevolent or benevolent magic? All I can say for sure that it’s mysterious as much as she is a mysterious character. The only thing disturbing her creepy/mysterious image is her name: I can’t get Robin Scherbatsky screaming PATRICE out of my head. 

4. Starfire Oh wow this is the perfect name for such a beauty! I’m a sucker for starmap and constellation and damn this accent looks so good on her! The lovely seraph pieces are subtle and don’t make her looking too busy. Or rather not busier than she already is. But her busy is a good busy. A fiery nightsky at dawn, stars glwoing on a violet sky. I’m waxing poetic while staring at her and I can’t stop staring at her. She looks really warm and welcoming, but also otherwordly. As if she watches the clan from afar in the sky, but loving the clanmembers a lot despite the distance she keeps.

5. Misie Aaaah I love what you did with her! Her wing color and the skin and apparel look so good together oh my good! The pale green of her wings together with the belly color of the skin and the colors of the Crystalcourt Cascades! /Chef kiss! The violet of the skin adds some contrast/color and the brown tones complete the look. Also KITTY! All in all she reminds me a bit of a steampunk noblewoman. The goggles, the skin... I dunno I can’t put it into better words but yeah, steampunk noblewoman vibes galore.

17. Describe a fic that is still in the ‘ideas’ stage

Hiya!  Thanks for asking! <3

I have a Leonard/reader fic in the works (in my brain, hah) that has something to do with Leonard helping Reader with their anatomy homework.  Will be cute and fluffy, most likely, maybe end up a little naughty ;)

Also have a major Wonder Woman/Supergirl (and potentially also Wynonna Earp) crossover that I’ve started writing but haven’t gotten past the first major part yet.  I’m so excited for this one!
