“Whoa, whoa, whoa! Slow down! You don’t want to get even more hurt, do you?”
“I.. I, my well-being doesn’t matter!” Lapis felt the twitch of pain in her body, she was fine, she was fi-no, she wasn’t fine. Not a single bit, and she knew it. But the pain couldn’t just make her stop. She had to stop the blood flow, the speed, but.. could she really stop it all from her own body? It was risky, but she made it slow, at least to the best of her abilities when she stared upon the woman. The pain did linger through her nerves, that was nothing she could stop.
