Ooooh, this is one of my favorite tropes!! I've written it so much already, and I definitely will again!!

Hmm... this one fits most of my boys. I... somehow find it difficult to think of a scenario for Jing Yuan with this trope, but I can imagine it for everybody else!!

Jing Yuan shares his favorite readings/books with you. In between the pages of the books he lends you are pressed flowers as bookmarks. They’re little surprises he makes and hides just for you to find.

Umemiya loves gardening right? The longest he goes without giving you something from his garden is 7 days. He shows up on average every 3 days with any yields he has. Checks up on you, checks up on your own plants, and fixes anything he can.

I hope you don't mind me getting a bit sappy here, but it's one of the few good memories about my dad. I was 18 and had just broken up with my first boyfriend. It had come a little bit out of nowhere and while I was out doing... something, I forget what, so I hadn't had time to process it. Anyway, my dad picked me up from wherever and I was mopey and crying in the car. My dad was never an emotional guy, he was always kind of distant with me. It seemed to me that we mostly just fought during my teenage years. But when we got out of the car, he pulled me into a very sudden hug. It came out of nowhere, I was so surprised. I didn't think he actually cared about my breakup. But it was such a nice gesture for someone emotionally constipated like him

I have! Mr. Mem and I used to be long-distance (for about 2.5 years) and he would send me flowers on Valentine's Day and my birthday since we couldn't spend the day together. I should get him to start again! 😂

I wanna say a soothing green, but in reality it's probably more like a dark teal. Teal is nice too, tho, no complaint there!

11. If one of your wips was a cocktail, what would it be made of? Do you remember that drink we talked about a while back? The lavender/lemon champagne spritz?

It's that. Or maybe a mocktail version of that.

5. Talk about the scene from a wip that you're most excited about Oh no, this is embarrassing 🫣

There's this scene where I'm asked to bake a cake for a destination wedding. Like the wedding cake the couple ordered isn't happening for whatever reason, the party is a day and a half away, and the bride is panicking and asking me like 'We just need something! It doesn't have to be perfect, just tasty.' And of course I say yes.

So now I'm baking a cake for, I'unno, 50 people in a kitchen I'm not familiar with, using ingredients I'm not used to, and I'm stressing out, and Lucas was meant to go out for the day with some of the other guests but he decides to stay behind instead and help. He doesn't really know much about baking, but he can at least wash dishes and... stir things or whatever.

It's meant to be really tender, lots of hugs and encouragement when I get too stressed. And it's meant to be the moment where he realizes that he's falling in love, but he's still unsure how to process that.
