hazel !! it is always so nice to hear from you :’) i’ve been seeing you around since i was in the kingdom hearts fandom so it is wild and heartwarming to see you still around. i appreciate this so much, and i admire you as well !! i can’t believe lina’s been around this long, but we honestly keep hopping discords or blogs too often to sit down and establish something, so we should definitely do that at one point.

    SHE HADN’T REALIZED how lacking of physical affections she was until arms wrapped around her & surrounded her in warmth. with hitched breath & rigid shoulders, the kunoichi stands steely -- vivid eyes wide as lips part to release a silent breath. so focused in her work, in her missions that she had nearly forgotten how important intimate contact can be ;; though she frequently saw familiar faces and held pleasant conversations among clinical ones, to feel the comforting heat of another baffles her.

     slowly, surely, she lifts her arms up to reciprocate the embrace, all but burying her face into her sweet companion’s shoulder. she tucks herself away, sinking into the quiet longing deep within her heart. a hint of a smile quirks rosy lips, fondness & gratitude lingering. “ --- Thanks, Lina.”

    a soft sigh & she melts. “I guess I needed this more than I thought I did.”
