These tasty smoky maple-glazed BBQ chicken skewers will take your Sunday brunch to the next level. They are quick to make and grill, and the perfect mix of sweet and savory. They will make your brunch memorable and delicious.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks. 1/3 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Add olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Add the maple syrup and mix well. Make sure the chicken chunks are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put chicken that has been marinated on skewers that have been soaked, leaving space between each piece. For 12 to 15 minutes, turning the skewers every now and then, grill the chicken until it's cooked all the way through and has a smoky char. For a tasty glaze, baste the skewers with more marinade during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them. With your favorite brunch sides, serve these smoky maple-glazed BBQ chicken skewers.
