Enjoy these delicious BBQ ribs on Memorial Day. They have a tasty dry rub and a sticky-sweet BBQ glaze.
Ingredients: 3 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup of brown sugar. 1/2 cup of paprika. 3 tablespoons of black pepper. 2 tablespoons of salt. 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. 1 tablespoon of onion powder. 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. For the dry rub, mix brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Take off the membrane from the back of the ribs and cover each rack with a lot of the dry food mixture. Put the ribs on the grill and cook them for 20 minutes on each side, or until they get a nice crust. Before the ribs are taken off the grill, baste them with your favorite BBQ sauce. Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Then cut them into pieces. Put extra BBQ sauce on the side and serve.
