The End of Memorieal

Hello, It's been a great, excited experience for me these past 8 months. I've learnt so much and it's really been an eye opener. In a few months, will be moving to the philippines to live and I won't be able to take my stock of books with me as they are too heavy. As a result I will be have to finish sales soon as we are starting to plan our move. Although I know it is unfair to people who have already bought the books at our prices, I hope you will understand the choice I am making here.

All Memorieal Artbooks and merchandise will be sold at almost base price + shipping. Although the main objective of this venture was to gain money for Shelter Box, I also want to be able to share the amazing and heartfelt artworks of the artists that participated.

Shipping for already shipped books!!

For all those that have contacted be about your shipping, I have all replied to you personally. Please do check. I want to say right now that unless you otherwise specify, the shipping generally takes AT LEAST a month to reach america. This is because I wanted to save as much money and get a cheaper shipping method. If you would like your shipping to be faster, I have included an extra Express shipping "product" on our shop page where you can add a bit more money for a faster shipping. Other than that, we ourselves are not responsible for the actual act of shipping the books so although we will do our best to find any lost packages and reemburse you for your lost item(s), we can't do much in that field. Thankyou for your understanding.

Donations

I will be posting a picture of the Excel document with all the costs of shipping, printing, the revenue we've gain, profits etc etc As soon as i can after this final sale finishes. And then donating the final amout soon after with a screenshot of the page. Once again thankyou for the wonderful time we've had together!

We are a charity artbook dedicated to Shelter Box. A small organization that brings food and shelter to people in need. This artbook is 70+ pages long, fully coloured and contains artists from around the world who have volunteered their time into creating drawings for the people who no longer have a home

The Memorieal Artbook normal sales are finally OPEN!!! Books have been printed, we have a little less then 300 in stock, and are ready to be shipped the weekend of your purchase at our Storenvy. We ship around the world If you pre-ordered or are an artists, your books have been shipped and we are busy processing that in the storenvy so you should recieve a notice via email stating your book or product has been shipped with in the following 2 or 3 days. We again thank those who pre-ordered because you made sure this project was possible. As well as the artists, who put much effort into creating these artworks. We finally made it! And my gosh it was tough but definately worth it ^^. Any advertising, blogging, journals etc will be greatly appreciated and thanked.

Hello, Pre-orders will officially end as of Friday 11:59 pm Central China Time. (Beijing) Where the books will rise once more to the permanent price of $25 a book + shipping (local - +$10) (standard - $20) and the platinum set will stay the same ($30 + shipping). But will have 20 sets only, no exceptions, no re-prints. After that you can get single orders or gold/silver sets but those cost more per each poster/bookmark. now onto the raffle,

The books have all been printed and are now sitting in my study. I'll be creating a promotional advertisement for the final product and get it out in a few days so you can see. However, this means that pre-orders will be stopping. I'm currently already packaging the books, but i'm doing it all by myself so it may take some time. I have over 100 books to pack + posters and bookmarks. However, sales have slowed to a trickle and I myself have nothing I need to do with 400 copies of Memorieal. As a result, to help give more incentive to people:

Any pre-orders, now or in the past for this artbook, will go into a raffle to recieve:

First Prize: Extra copy of book: if you already ordered it, then you get two copies. 2nd Prize Full set of posters and bookmarks: again extra if you have already ordered them 8 people will get 3rd Prize Single random bookmark or poster Any purchase enters you into the the raffle. I will simply randomly slip this prize into an envelope. If you've already purchased, don't worry, I took you guys into account. I'm not going to be using random.org, as I feel there's no point. I've just randomly chosen envelopes that i've been packing and slipped it in. You'll know if you got it because i'll have drawn a little sketch for you on the envelope and also written the words: Congrats! you won the " whatever prize you got". Thanks for purchasing Memorieal Artbook! Aside from that, any person that entered a non-product related comment when they purchased a merchandies before got a little thankyou sketch from me on the envelope. Believe me, sitting their packaging book after book got really tiring and stressfull. But those that gave little comments like "thanks for your hard work" and "I loved the artworks" "good job!" or even if they bought it for some sort of occasion like a self-birthday present or something really got me through it all. So I decided to leave a little sketch as a thank you. You guys rock!
