Omg guys I was rewatching some clips from ranboos last stream and I am so sad. He said “Phil pulled me out of there, I was spiraling but Phil managed to pull me out” and throughout Phil’s last couple dsmp streams he’s made it clear that he has a vengeance against government for taking Wilbur away from him. Obviously ranboos panic room scenes were meant to mirror the button room scenes. Phil kept saying “I’m not gonna lose anyone else to this” and he didn’t :)
