I’ve created notes in my phone of men whom I have matched with on dating apps, that leave my life absurdly fast (like I delete them, they delete me for crazy reasons) cause girl has the worst memory, and little do I know sometimes I be matching them again after 4 years not remembering that their crazy 😂😂
Well, hell.
I had no idea that Monday and today I turned what was supposed to be a 1500 yard swim into a 1600 yard swim. Oops.
This is what it was supposed to be:
600 yards...rest for 10 breaths 300 yards...rest for 8 breaths (This ended up being 400 yards) 4 x 100 yards...rest for 6 breaths between 100s 4 x 50 yards...rest for 4 breaths between 50s total: 1500 yards 1600 yards in 47:03.
When I realized my mistake, it did make my times look better - I got faster! LOL.
