People complain that Vox has never been seen showing interest in a woman and therefore is a bad bi (? not gonna get into why that's wrong and personally he seems kinda demi to me but ANYWAY) but Valentino is probably the best at sex ever, so like, why would Vox ever fuck anyone else when he gets to fuck Valentino? Like Vox doesn't seem that sex motivated to begin with, but even if he was, he's got the porn overlord as a partner, do we really think Val isn't satisfying him in that department? C'mon.

I always laugh when I see people draw Vox with abs.

Like unless it's his muscular powered up finale look, he just. Doesn't have those. Lmao. Like why are we giving him those.

Season 2 gave me such an appreciation for Rosie. Her laughing herself to tears over reminiscing about Al's back story was so good, I love a cold-hearted queen. And then when Alastor tries to threaten her she sings circles around him and puts him in her place. She's the one holding the leash. Just because she's amiable with him, that doesn't mean she's his friend. She ended up so much more interesting than the "Alastor's gal pal" character fanon often characterized her as, I hope we learn more about her.

And it's so fun to see a character like Alastor, who's always kind of being an asshole to everyone and who's extremely arrogant and usually scheming and manipulating, caught on the back foot for once.

So Vox has apparently never been a match for Alastor. Even at his most powerful, when he's finally surpassed him, his technique is too sloppy and Alastor isn't bested, he as to call in back up.

And yet he and Alastor have apparently had a little rivalry going on for 70 years. There's that time Al "almost" beat him, but what else? Were they not fighting other than that time, or was Al letting Vox off easy for 70 years?

This is probably a niche complaint, but...

Am I the only one who was disappointed that Vox wasn't wearing tap shoes during Vox Populi?

The soles of his shoes in that outfit are normal and don't have the metal plates. I know he can and does make his own sound effects, but he was doing an actual dance! Just wear the actual shoes and don't dub over yourself in real time???

(Now I really want someone to ask the designers if the shoes thing was an oversight or if Vox was canonically just dubbing the tapping in.)

Unrelated to my complaints but I like how he spins on his toes here. He loves spinning and twirling, he's such an energetic freak, it's really fun to watch.

Actually, while we're on the subject of missing body parts, where are his speakers on his current head? On the bottom? The back? The sides? All over? I swear I do own a tv but I never actually look at the damn thing closely so I've forgotten where they usually are on flatscreens.

Why do people so frequently write Vox as having cooling fans in his head? He's not a computer, he's a TV. And even if he was a computer, computer monitors don't have cooling fans, either.

I see it happen with Box Vox as well. CRTs didn't have cooling fans. And I don't think modern smart TVs have them either.

I know some people are just having fun with minor redesigns and headcanons, but do people actually think he would have them?

So we all agree that him being able to summon his little lightning weather stick in actuality and not just as a hard light projection means that it's the weapon he was born into hell with, yeah? Like this is his magical girl wand, he should be pulling it out the way Angel pulls out his Tommy guns. Maybe if he ever has a self acceptance arc he'll start using it, and change his fighting style to be his own rather than one that kind of apes Alastor's.

Or maybe I'm crazy and the stick means nothing.
