I’ll always say it; You picked your character for a reason.

I think we all reflect ourselves in our characters in one way or another, because this connection is the link that helps us get in the head of them in order to get us inspired and write, that’s how every single writer will have a different interpretation, all of them unique and precious. 

Personally, to play Merrick is like a walk out of the closet somehow, show part of me that I usually keep well-guarded, because in life we all pretend to be normal, to believe in only what we can touch, but some of my experiences in life gave me a much different perspective on her when I was reading , and I always kept her in mind until recently I decided to give it a try and start writing.

Best ever! Still my all time favorite show

it’s the show that made me proud to be gay tbh..& showed me there’s other ways to live & love besides heteronormatively. i adore it. & it’s soooo hard to pull off an ending, but they nailed it imo. realistic, but also still hopeful.
