Where are all the genuine people at?

So I share a room with this guy and we are separated by a curtain. He's been having his friend over a lot lately and this morning they were talking about this girl he wants and I overheard him say to his friend "All I gotta do is take her on a couple dates and wait a month and then I can fuck her all I want." WHY though. Does he not realize I have ears? Why do these people exist? And say shit and do shit like this? What kills me is that this poor girl doesn't even know. What's sad is this isn't the first time I've heard this.
