The Menehune are small humanoid creatures inhabiting the islands of Hawaii. Menehune are believed to be the original builders on the Hawaiian Islands. The Menehune are believed to have built houses, temples, roads, and canoes. The Menehune eat bananas and fish which are their favorite foods and they are known to be peaceful but can be tricksters and play pranks on people. Menehune are known to live in forests and valleys and there are structures supposedly built by the Menehune and are considered sacred by the Hawaiian people.
