Another in the Mental Health Edit Art - I present to you: Reality Haze I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder about 6 years now. With BPD, the term "Misery loves company" rings true in this personality disorder. Dealing with a slew of different companion disorders such as depression, anxiety, disassociation. A common one is also the brain fog that pretenses the haze around reality. I don't deal with it as often, thanks to having access to a DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) work book and a much better support system than I did when I was first diagnosed. But I still deal with the occasional loss of my grip with reality. DBT Programs have been stopped in the Greater Lehigh Valley due to lack of need as determined by the local APA chapter. Its frustrating listening to people who know you, discuss how serious the mental health problems of celebrities (STRANGERS) are and how its terrible and people should be more understanding and sensitive........when they cant bring themselves to believe the people close to them whi are suffering the same things. As if, there's some reason why walking around people can't have the same crippling problems. Its tragic that the longer people know you, the less they seem to believe you. The more time passes, the less trust there is in what you say. Everything becomes an easily dismissed bit of dramatics. Im exhausted.

Psychosis

Psychosis, is what i think the doctor called it.A wave of emotion that i truly cant fix.First there were questions?like how has this come on and why do i deserve this,i truly feel i can not take much more.No one has told me whats wrong with me at the moment, life is just trying to stay happy and survive.Trying to not cross off the calendar another day of still being alive. Im not afraid of people knowing as i feel, to suffer in silence i would not be alive much longer.The silence hurts,its hurts to hear such vile and horrible things.A creation inside of myself build upon abuse and fake love.

im asking myself everyday what is happening and when will this stop.

but before  i will keep my blog as diary through this.
