If you want to make a profit—for example, by involving vendors in a project—it's understandable. Everyone needs to make a living, and taking a fair portion for your role is not the issue.
What matters is how you do the job. My only request is to work with integrity, following the SOP without cutting corners. When work is done carelessly, it doesn't just affect the project—it impacts others who rely on those services. Damage that goes unfixed, ongoing issues, or hidden shortcuts create a ripple effect that burdens people down the line. That kind of negligence isn't just unprofessional—it can cross into unethical, even criminal behavior.
One of the deeper issues behind this pattern is mental revotional—a lack of true transformation from the inside out. Some people who fight for reformation or fairness end up becoming the very ones who steal when they finally get the chance. Those who were once left out or oppressed might carry jealousy or bitterness, leading them to take more than their share when the opportunity comes. Without addressing this inner mindset, the cycle of greed simply repeats—just with different players.
What's often missing is empathy—the understanding that every job, no matter how small, serves others. If you've already received your portion, why not focus on delivering the best work? Profit isn't wrong, but when self-interest comes at the expense of others, it shows a lack of mental and spiritual growth. True success isn't just about what we gain, but how we contribute without harming others in the process.
