Call it projection or whatever you like, but Tony Soprano will always be my favorite antihero on American prestige TV just on the grounds that he was willing to at least try psychotherapy. And guy is in the mafia.

Don Draper too has antisocial personality disorder (as well as narcissistic personality disorder), but he's not malicious per se. He's not a murderer, he's no Walter White. Deep down, he's a good guy, tortured with a lot of trauma.

But would he ever seek therapy on his own? Nope.

And if he did, he'd have to give up alcohol first, which he wouldn't do. Would he accept to get medicated? Also nope.
