Another theory, let's go.

Specifically another c!ranboo one because funky enderman boy gives a lot of theory fodder and streams every day so there's that.

Today I want to talk about what I think c!ranboo's other half is.

I've seen a few but not a lot of people with this opinion so I'd like to lay it down, give some evidence and things against it alongside other possibilities, and hopefully start some form of discussion somewhere.

My first thought was ghast, like many. We know already about the colour scheme similarities and the fact that cc!ranboo has said that it used to be, but sometimes things change. Other than colour scheme, we don't have many shared behavioural traits. Ghasts are hostile mobs and c!ranboo does the complete opposite by trying to stay out of fights. Shared trait, though, is that during the enderwalking state, c!ranboo just seems to wander endlessly. But, this doesn't really help due to the fact that most mobs do that when the player is either not near or in creative.

So I did some more 1am thinking and my mind pulled up an iron golem.

Colour pallet is the same. White with red eyes. So we have that checked off.

The iron golem is a neutral mob, which being neutral is c!ranboo's whole thing, and the iron golem doesn't protect the village, it protects the villagers, attacking all naturally hostile mobs before they reach the villagers, and will leave the player alone unless the player attacks a villager, in that case the iron golem will attack.

This parallels the fact that c!ranboo fights for friends not countries.

He also has a lot of iron and the wither rose, which you'd think could be like.. a bad reminder of the withers from his neighbors that destroyed his whole home, yet he just has it in a pot.

Things against it now.

The rose could just be decoration, we know that c!ranboo gets bored a lot on the smp so he just grinds a lot. That's how that boy got rich with who knows how many diamond blocks and netherite ingots. So that explains the iron blocks.

Potential other options for c!ranboo's other half, because I 100% do not want to believe it's dream, which I'll explain after:

Ghast, you know. He could be trolling.

Skeleton, making up an eye colour the colour of his normal blood, with the other eye being the "other" blood.

Evil bunny, same colour pallet, I guess. I haven't looked into this at all.

Elder Guardian, this would go against the whole water thing, but white-ish skin, red eyes, links in with that we've seen c!ranboo paralyze c!puffy before by staring at her, and the one mob that has something similar to that is the guardian (correct me if I'm wrong).

Aaaand now onto why I think it's not part c!dream or part dreamon or whatever.

If it was part dreamon, then c!Fundy and c!tubbo would have recognised the signs since they've dealt with dreamons before. They've performed the exorcism, however successful or not that it was.

However, I won't deny that it has some pretty solid evidence as to why it could be what's happening. There's the running theme of white and green, the memory issues that happen when he wasn't in control of his body, the hearing c!dream's voice because dream was the last one to be possessed by a dreamon (if we don't count the egg, which might be dreamon related).

But to that I say, there are clearly triggers for the switch between enderwalking and not enderwalking. The :). What I think the explanation for c!dream being the voice in his head is, is because c!ranboo is terrified of c!dream, so the concept of helping c!dream scares him. Or even just the concept of c!dream, given that the enderwalking state is caused by stress, and the :) is kinda dream's whole thing. The thing that's most terrifying to think of, is that c!dream knows the trigger for the enderwalking state. He knows that it's that smile, proven by his message delivered by c!sapnap.

Honestly, I'm scared that we're going to be brought into a stream where c!ranboo is enderwalking from the prison and gets home, looks at the "thanks :)" paper, snaps out of it, begins to greet his stream, before being interrupted by c!sam announcing that c!dream has been broken out of the prison.

How did this start with me speculating what c!ranboo's other half was?

I don't know. Anyway. I think it's interesting to think about. I just like speculating and I can't wait for more lore streams.
