We’ve been meaning to build them a safe outdoor space for a while. Only… neither of us are that good at building things.

Hello you two! I'm a somewhat new fan of this blog, and I gotta say, you guys are TOO GODDAMN ADORABLE! I was feeling bored today, so I decided to make you guys a couple trays of brownies! They were made from store-bought box mixes, but I hope y'all enjoy em still! Love ya both! ^^

Hello! These beautiful cats are named Darkness and Chili. They are super sweet, you can pet them if you like!

Shadow’s eyes remained on the creatures at his ankles, although he kept his ears trained on the other hedgehog’s movements. “Darkness…” he reached out to the back cat, accurately guessing her name. “The absence of light. What a cruel name.”

“I think it’s a good name.” Sonic stood in the doorway, leaning against the frame. “Dark doesn’t mean bad, you know.”

Shadow paused with his hand just above the cat. She eagerly stretched up to meet it. “... No. But… empty. Alone.”

Sonic shrugged. “I don’t see it that way.”

Shadow ignored him, eyes fixed on the small, helpless creatures brushing up against his hand.

Their world would soon burn.

Perhaps he could bring them aboard the ARK.
