Mentopolis OC! Meet Catastra O’Fize. Cat for short. She is a secretary for the Mentopolis PD, and has been trying to work her way up to be a detective, but she is always shut down. She is known for blowing things out of proportion, and falling apart at…well just about anything. She is great at strategizing and planning for every possible scenario. Her general vibe gives everyone a sense of unease and stress. She tries to manage her thoughts with tea and always has a bag handy to hyperventilate into.
