Mass Effect Question Time!
It's been a while since I've held one of these, but I was thinking about Shepard and their pets this morning.
Does your Shepard or Ryder have a pet on the Normandy/Tempest? Do they get one after the war/settlement? Did they have one as a child?
I'm keen to hear HCs, read fics or see pictures! ^_^
Mass Effect Question Time - N7 Day!
To celebrate N7 Day I'd love to know your favourite moments from the original trilogy and MEA!
My fave moment from the trilogy was finally being able to romance Kaidan with mShep in the 3rd game :) And from Andromeda, during the final battle when everyone comes together, all the races and companions put aside their differences to defeat the Kett. The whole sequence is amazing and beautiful
Yes! Both are so special and lovely. Kaidan and mShep have some of the most lovely moments together in ME3 - as a fShepper I was completely jealous of some of their dialogue, and of their sexy scene together. You guys had to wait far too long to be with Kaidan, but gosh it was beautiful when they finally got there.
And that final fight in MEA is ... I actually love it. I love that all the people you have helped out come and stand beside you. I love the sense of camaraderie. There is a nice feeling of coming full circle in that one moment when you are running and driving towards the final fight with all your friends helping you out.
Great choices! ^_^
My favourite moment in the trilogy has to be when Shepard and Garrus meet in 2, and when they meet again in 3 is also great!! There are so many amazing moments, but I’m a sucker for their relationship tbh. Also a big fan of the “Shepard? But you’re dead.” “I got better.” moment.
Hehe, that ‘I got better’ moment in ME2 always reminds me of the ongoing Snake Plissken jokes from Escape from New York/LA.
And yes! Seeing Garrus again always makes me tear up. Same with seeing Joker again in ME2. I swear it’s my favourite moment of the game because I can imagine Shep’s sense of relief at seeing a friend again after feeling so alone.
My favourite moments are so many! In ME1 I like Shepard becoming the first Spectre, the scene is just so impressive! In ME2 it's meeting Thane and the whole Suicide Mission, music is EPIC!!! In ME3 hands down the peace outcome on Rannoch and the Reaper battle there, I always cry! ~ a-driftamongopenstars HAPPY N7 DAY!
Happy N7 Day to you too!
Those are some very emotional moments - and definitely they’re among the ones that always make me tear up too. Especially Rannoch. Gosh. I will never not cry when Legion dies.
And the ME2 Suicide Mission music is incredible. I’ve heard if performed live and almost died I was so happy, so I’m right there with you on that one.
Mass Effect Question Time:
In honor of the first birthday of ME:A I'd love to know your favourite moment, character, quote or Ryder you've created from Mass Effect Andromeda!
I'll be sharing all responses!
Mass Effect Question Time
If your Shepard or Ryder hadn’t ended up in the Alliance or joining the Andromeda Initiative, what would they have done instead?
I like to think that Gina would have become a painter or a florist, that Jane would have pursued modelling, Pandora would have become a gymnast, Rennah ... I hate to think about it, but she possibly would have run from the Reds and ended up living on the run. She might have joined C-Sec if she got herself off the streets.
Sirius Ryder is passionate about science and astronomy, and would have followed that path instead of dedicating herself to the Andromeda Initiative - which was the focus of the last few years of her life.
