Merman hanzo, merman junkrat, and merman genji react to seeing their s/o almost die from drowning.
Hanzo:It was suppose to be a normal day for him and his s/o. They normally went on little swimming dates, this way Hanzo could last longer. Mermaid’s fins dry up if they are out of water too long. So Hanzo thought it would be a great idea to take his s/o out swimming. Well it was, until a huge wave knocked his s/o out cold. Their lifeless body rapidly sunk downward, and Hanzo didn’t even notice until he couldn’t find his s/o. “Darling?” He asked as he looked around the waters. Then Hanzo noticed small air bubbles. Putting two and two together, Hanzo quickly swam down to the depths of the sea, only to find his s/o, knocked out and drowning. Hanzo swam as fast as he could, and pulled the lifeless body to the surface, hoping to be able to save their sweet s/o from a watery grave. He found a small cove, and gently placed his s/o on the floor, and attempted to give CPR. Water flew out of their mouth, and their glassy eyes looked up at Hanzo. “Hanzo… thank you…”
Genji: Being the fluffiest little merman he was, Genji was busy gathering shells for his s/o. He thought they would love to have some really colorful shells from deep under the sea. What he didn’t know, was that his s/o was going to attempt to visit him, swimming to the little cove Genji lived at. They were smart and took a boat, but when they were far away from the mainland, a huge rock tore a hole in the side of the boat, sinking it, and their s/o. Now their s/o knew how to swim, but they couldn’t make it to shore. It was to far. Slowly, their body began to give out, and slowly, their heavy bodies sank into the dark waves, small air bubbles floated as they did so.Genji was swimming back to his cove when he noticed a strange object in the distance. “What? What is that?” He asked himself as he swam closer. It was his s/o! Quickly he swam towards them, scooping them up into his arms and racing towards his cove, so he could put them down. Slowly, eyes opened, to revel a very upset Genji hovering over them. “Oh my sweet human…” Genji hugged his s/o softly. “I thought you were a goner!!”
Junkrat:Bath bombs were fun. Ocean bombs, were not. Junkrat was planning to show his s/o one of his new explosives. “Jamie… don’t do it so close to the boat.” His s/o warned. “Aw, love. Don’t worry!” He smiled and pressed a button on his remote. Nothing happened. “Aw damned thing!” He pushed the button again. Nothing happened. Angered, he began to smash the button over and over.“Jamie, maybe you should-AHHH!” Not one, but a few explosives went off, causing a huge wave to form. It overtook the boat, and filled their s/o’s lungs with water. Junkrat, already figured out what happened, races to get his s/o. He swam as fast as he could with his ripped tail, and managed to bring his s/o to shore.Junkrat thought his s/o was gone. There was so wah he could save them. And it was all his fault. He teared up and hugged his sweet s/o. “I-I’m so sorry, love…” he hiccuped. “I-I’m such a monster! I killed my mate!!”“Jamie…” a voice said softly. He looked down to see his s/o, all wet and pale. “Shh…” it said softly as it petted Junkrat’s head. “You didn’t…mean it…” they said weakly. Junkrat hugged his s/o tightly, not wanting to let go. He kept muttering “sorry” over and over, as his s/o cooed to him.
