I feel terrible because I can’t have all the Talon ladies be cecaelia in a merfolk AU, but Moira has to be an octopus because of that one concept art, and Sombra needs to be a cuttlefish because they have the most incredible camouflage in the world, and like... I already came up with a cool headcanon where Widowmaker’s a bioluminescent dragonfish which is dope, but at the same time...

Mer!Roadhog befriending human!reader after they saved him from being hunted by poachers looking to get the mun muns💸💸?

As soon as he started to realize that he couldn't get away from the hunters tracking him down, he soon accepted his fate.He closed his eyes, the poachers surrounding him. Money on their minds, and no sympathy for the creature. They ready their guns, only for then to drop to the ground."What the-" Swiftly, and one by one, you took them out. Doing your best to protect whatever they were hunting. As the last man hit the ground, you took in a deep breathe. You were so tired now you didn't even think about the thing you saved until you looked at it.It was...a mermaid? No, merman. He looked like a merman. You just stared, you didn't gasp or looked surprise. Though you felt surprised. Still, just stared. Not moving an inch The merman quickly swam away, hiding behind something. The sudden movement snapped you out of it, and you felt bad for making them hide."It's okay, you don't have to hide." You called out.No response."I'm sorry I scared you." You called out again, softer this time.The merman slowly swam back to you, staring at you like you did him."Um, hi." You said with an awkward smile.He waved, "Thank you." He said, his voice gruff yet gentle."Oh, no problem."You started visiting him more and more, and you both started to become friends.

Can I have headcanons for Mer!Sombra with a Mer!S/O?

-If she trusts you, she’ll bring you to her cave, its basically her hideout where she keeps all her electronics and hacking stuff.-Will do her best to keep you away from Mer!Talon, making sure they never find out about you two, or let alone ever find out about you.-Probably accidentally stings you a few times, she’s a jellyfish mer but she likes cuddling and being close to her s/o, so yeah, expect some stings.-She lost her entire family when she was younger, so she reminds you that she loves you quite often, she’s a little bit awkward but constantly telling you how much you mean to her.-Probably constantly compliments your tail, she loves seeing all the different types of Mers!-She’s a really good girlfriend, will do anything you ask of her, and will always make sure you get whatever you need. as long as at the end of the day she has you in her arms, she’s happy.

-At first he's really nervous and hesitant to show you his tail, he got teased a lot for it by other mers -It takes him a couple meeting before he does show it to you -He's really surprised when he sees how excited and amazed you are by it -From that point on he knew you were the one for him, you made him feel different and special from all the other mers and he loves you for that -Like most other mers he'll three you gifts from the ocean, but he doesn't understand human culture so he'll be really excited to show you what he found and it will turn out to be something like an old boot -He’ll want to go swimming with you a lot, like a lot -He calls you pet names in an accent that he picked up from overhearing people on the beach, so expect a lot of “darlin’”, “sugar”, etc

Mer!Hanzo -Does not like humans. -Or other Mers? He doesn’t like anybody, he tends to shy away from crowds of mers and humans. -Really good at water volleyball though. -This man refuses to believe Genji is still alive, and flees whenever he comes into contact with the younger Shimada. -He participates in Viribus every year, with something akin to archery but not quite. -When Mer!Ana forced Hanzo into a room with Genji, his eyes never left the mangled metal tail attached to his brother’s body.  -ALSO HAS LONG HAIR, longer hair than in his human form, much like Mer!Reaper, Mer!Hanzo’s hair reaches a few inches past his shoulders.

Mer!Genji -Half of his tail and body is metal, some fleshy pieces survived but what didn’t was patched by Mer!Mercy in a desperate attempt to save his life. -Still needs healing constantly -Meditating with Mer!Zen consists of him sitting on fire coral while his master laughs -Starfish throw toss is his Viribus event! -During his time with the Overwatch’s Blackwatch sector he was always used as a scout due to being able to use his mechanical tail quietly compared to the other agents. -Once accidentally threw Snowball during the Viribus event, Mei almost murdered him.
