“Maybe if I hadn’ had t’ change in the first place we wouldn’ be having this problem.” She muttered, eyes to the rooftops. Skirts weren’t the best things to wear in fights, but her own had worked just fine given the raised front.
However, thanks to missteps on both of their parts, the skirt ended up torn and burnt beyond being remotely alright to wear. She would’ve been fine with continuing to wear it until they had to go through a more public area less than an hour ago. Too many stares aimed towards the odd slightly charred pair.
“’Sides, pants’d just get us more attention. Might as well jus’ find a looser skirt I can add some straps to.”
