1. Meanest vs. Kindest

Cade takes the first trophy, Rosala the second.

6. Most Serious vs. Silliest

Allyn has never been able to take anything seriously ever (minus her loved ones being in peril, which she handles remarkably well considering) while Connor, well, for most of the series he only has room for Work, Work, and more Work.

12. Brainiest vs. Brawniest

Meredith has the highest IQ, Allyn the best education, Cade the largest well of knowledge, and Dhaveira the best technological know-how. In contrast, Sam has the most physical strength, Ros the best resilience, and Connor the best close combat training.

17. Judges a Book by its Cover vs. Judges by Personality

Cade’s dismissive of anyone that’s not actively trying to kill him or his dog (exceptions: said dog, Jowan), but if he spared a thought to them he’d win the first; as it is, he’s an honorable mention. In place of him is Connor, who has a mental filing system he sorts the people he meets by. Conversely, Allyn was naturally open-minded before she was trained to be so for Science and Exploration.

21.  Most Religious vs. Most Atheistic

Ros is 100% devout in his people’s gods, Allyn and Connor are born atheists.

Sorry I'm a bit late for these, but for the Lovey Dovey OC asks: 3 and 11 for Allyn, 18 and 21 for Dhaveira, and 28 for Meredith?

Sorry I’m a LOT late for getting this answered; life’s been busy, and mobile’s a brat.

3. Are there any romantic gestures that your OC loves?

Allyn is a sucker for cheesy, ‘classic’ romance: the hand-holding, the flowers and chocolates, but really any little trinket or moment of chaste affection is enough to send her into cardiac arrest. Vetra showed her a shiny rock on Havarl once and she kept it under her pillow for a week–would’ve been longer, but Newt (her pyjak) found it while she was surface-side and she hasn’t been able to find it since.  

11. What do others love most about your OC?

This is a hard question, because Allyn has a lot of awesome qualities: empathy, smarts, physical strength and reflexes, resilience, open-mindedness, focus….Depends on the particular person.

18. Does your OC have a “type”?

Funny elves. In the alienage, they often ended up everyone’s victim–the humans, and their fellow ‘knife-ears’–because of the attention they drew and what people took or mistook for total disrespect of the rules and the precarious status quo. So, not only do they make Dhaveira laugh, but to her they, the funny elves, are both champions and wounded birds in need of protection.   

21. Does your OC believe in love at first sight?

Nope! Dhaveira doesn’t think people work that way, whatever they say, and personally it takes her a minute to feel much for anyone.

28. What is something unconventional that your OC thinks is romantic?

Meredith spent his pre-Normandy days emotionally dead, and after Tali and him got together everything seemed romantic when he did it with her: cleaning their guns, eating in the mess, playing video games (he sucks), saving lives, just…Existing within hearing range of each other.

🌹🌙💐🍒 for Allyn and Meredith?

🌹 What songs remind you of them?

Allyn: Don’t Stop -Foster the People. She’s this unstoppable, somewhat aggressive force of upbeat energy, forever optimistic in the face of whatever’s trying to tear hers off. She also has a pretty open relationship with the law.

Meredith: Bring Me Back to Life -Extreme Music. It has this feel of someone carrying on far longer than should be physically possible, which is totally him. Also, it’s not until he’s forced to bond with people, up against the reapers outside military jurisdiction, that he opens up and lets himself breathe again, so the lyrics kinda fit, too, making Mindoir his ‘heart’. 

🌙 Which D&D class would they play as?

Allyn: She would choose ranger, the beast master specialization. She’s a real sucker for anything that’ll give her an animal friend.

Meredith: Cleric. Magic, and intrinsic to the group’s survival and success.

💐 Do they collect anything? What’s their most prized possession? 

Allyn: Before the move to Andromeda, it was comics. (Namely the gay ones. With robots. And dragons.) After, she shifted her focus to anything ‘pretty, palm-size, and probably not a threat to my life’. Namely, rocks. Most prized belonging, though? Newt the pyjak. 

Meredith: Besides the typical model ships and fish, Meredith has a collection of cute animal videos ready to go at any time. Most prized thing is his own life. 

🍒 What are some items they always carry? What weapon do they favor using if they exist in a world where weapons are necessary?

Allyn: She wears her father’s dog tags with her own around her neck and always has a fidget toy in one of her many pockets. As far as weapons go: King Koopa (Krogan Hammer), Snapper Jr. (Incisor Sniper Rifle), and McCree (the Sidewinder pistol). (She’s a dork and I love her.) 

Meredith: He keeps a faded photo of his family on his person at all times; there are digital copies, but it being a physical object he can hold in his hands and look at anytime without it being logged means a lot to him. It’ll later be lost with the original Normandy, and he’ll never ‘get around to’ replacing it until he gets a print-out of his crew’s photo in ME3. Weapons-wise, he prefers the assault rifle, but really isn’t picky.
