almost done playing through the LE with miss blair so I had to draw out her hair through the games! explanation under the cut!!
SO Blair is very much one of those people who has a color theme. She loooves the color blue, pretty much everything she owns is blue. Following Akuze, she had a bit of a crisis and used her ‘sorry your squad died :(’ money to get special eye implants because she wanted to have something blue on her at all times, but it only really made her feel worse, it made her feel disconnected from herself every time she saw herself in the mirror. That was one thing that she didn’t mind losing when she was rebuilt tbh.
I was thinking of not doing the blue hair for ME1 because of military regs, but I associate that specific hairstyle with her so completely after all of these years that I just couldn’t take it away. Let’s just pretend the Alliance doesn’t mind or smth idk. Maybe she puts in temporary dye when she’s not on duty, or she dyed it once she became a Spectre bc she’s above the rules now lol
ME2, the bottom is how long her hair was when she woke up from being dead. She was too stressed and busy to do anything with it so she just let it do it’s own thing for most of the game. Right before the Collector base mission, she decided that if she was going to die, she was going to die completely herself and dyed her hair again.
She did some touch ups to the color and evened out the length while she was in Alliance custody between ME2 and ME3, but once the Reapers attacked Earth her roots were the least of her worries so she leaves it alone during the game. I imagine she probably braids it when she’s out saving the galaxy so it’s not in the way, though.
Is it bad that I wanna play the Mass Effect series again... to romance Kaidan again with a new Shep??? Like not even necessarily do anything super new I’m a mess.
