Jack would be cautious and pretty happy about it. He wants to be evil, he doesn’t want to give up. He is evil canonically because he feels worthless and small, he needs to show the world he’s not. He’s also pretty selfish, so he might end up getting pretty greedy about having an all powerful body guard. (Lapis might need to teach him a thing or two about being grateful tbh).

The Theme is usually nicknames Jack has for them. Or labels he puts on them. Or words that mean something about them. Like. Evil Boy Genius. Or Toothpick. Rad Chick. I was thinking-- Water Gem. Or I we could just wait for more interactions & Jack will pick up something eventually.
