Claire’s Devil Fruit gives her longevity, while it isnt immortality in the sense that nothing can kill her, she will eventually stop aging and remain young for as long as her mind doesnt deteriorate. Her fruit preserves her bodily youth but it doesnt protect from mental illness. In fact, previous users of the Rin Rin Fruit would commit suicide after so long a time because they couldnt handle watching their families grow old and die without them.
