I'm watching some of El Dorado (a childhood fave! 🥰) and I'm reminding how visually beautiful this film is! How vibrant and diverse human cultures are, and that Mesoamericans thought that White people smelled funky 😂

(Especially in the movie after the guys were wandering the jungle for days)

also the myth that they thought the Spaniards were ghosts

Does anyone else have issues uploading their art onto the browser version of Tumblr? I mostly use my computer to draw and upload and I stg this hell site is the only one giving me issues.

Also, sorry for not uploading new work in a while. Carpal tunnel has been kicking my ass and this gave me the motivation to draw again.
