Y'all, my boy is BALD!! These kids don't quite get how to eat yet, and this little cutie is the worst offender. He still tries to nurse on his food, which is not only very inefficient, but super messy, especially when he insists on dragging his whole body through the food! So I've been giving this one a bath after every couple meals, and just wiping him down with a baby wipe in between. Well, the other day I was pretty busy with work, so he went the whole work day before I could bathe him. Once I did, I was gently wiping his little head with a wet baby wipe and the hair just CAME OFF! I rinsed him and suddenly he's completely bald on top! His poor little chin is missing fur too, but I've seen that a lot with messy kitties who get too much food stuck there. I have never seen a kitten get such a messy head, and certainly not one who lost so much fur! You can see in the third pic what he looks like after just ONE meal, before being cleaned up, so you can imagine how dirty he was! I feel like an awful mommy for not being able to get him clean sooner and now he has to endure this awful hairstyle while his fur grows back! My poor baby!
