Ahhhhhg its been a while! I've been very busy and have had little time to draw! Schools a thing now, and its been draining the life outta me, so I've not been drawing a lot! Mental exhaustion sucks! Wow its been! A while! Anyway take this drawing I did uhhhhh last year that I never posted for some reason. I remember me having an "Angel of Darkness" skin in Minecraft when I was like 10 or 11, because I was That Kid, and I recently was going through some old binders and found some old art depicting that skin, so I decided to go and make 11 year old me insanely happy and draw that skin again as an adult with a much higher level of skill.

I had a TON of fun drawing the background for this one, I really enjoy making it so everything sorta matches in color, in this case I did blue! It was a bit difficult to figure out how to shade the branches up front but I eventually figured it out! The hardest part was the wings though. Backlit wings look really strange...

So for one of my college classes, we had to do 4 pieces with varying saturation. For my Chromatic Grayscale piece, I decided to try and paint Paarthurnax in watercolor. This might just be a "me" thing, but Paarthurnax has always had this green hint to him, and I tried to replicate that.

ok FUCK so @dimorphodon-x 's birdformers au took a hold of me and started SHAKING ME VIOLENTLY so I ended up making a birdformers version of Sonarwave! Sonarwave is based (mostly) off a Wandering Albatross. You know, the bird that has a wingspan of 12 feet. They come up to a humans armpits??? Yea, those guys! She's still a big lady and is waaaaaaaaaaay above the height average for most of her kind. Also, yes, that is a bone knife. She mostly hunts for fish but has 0 qualms with eating other, larger sea animals like seals.

Anyway this is probably the fastest I've pounded out a drawing, I started this Thursday night and finished it just now.

It's Drakadaes the Moosetaur Barbarian! She's the character I play in my Decent into Avernus campaign and in it she's searching for her big wife Varakith, a goliath. One day I will draw Varakith, when I feel like I have gotten pretty good at drawing fat folds and whatnot. Yes, Varakith is that kind of big.

Also, Drakadaes is the largest character I've played; she's 8'5" and 2100 lbs. Most of that's the moose part lol :]
