Barry: adore him

Methos: utter, endless fascination

My unpopular opinion about this character

Barry: is it unpopular to think he and Iris should break up ASAP, and never should’ve gotten together?

Methos: Death should ride again. Also, Methos should Challenge Duncan because of Byron’s death

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

Barry: there should have been more reaction to him waking up after NINE MONTHS IN A COMA. A L S O: fallout from Iris killing someone, especially since that someone is a future version of Barry

Methos: some sort of fallout to the Horsemen dying and also Duncan taking Byron’s head

Talk about three ofthe most important ships throughout your life.

Hmm. Bucky/Steve, for sure. I’ve never really sought out ficsabout pairings, or really clung to certain pairings, if that makes sense? Like,if the case for a certain pairing is made in a fic, then that’s fine. ButBucky/Steve is one that I won’t read other pairings for.

I guess prior to them, it was Dean/Sam from Supernatural.  But again, I wouldn’t avoid fics where theywere paired with other people, if it was written well.  That’s always a caveat: theplot/worldbuilding has to justify whatever’s happening.  

So I guess I can’t actually answer this?

What’s your currentOTP?

Um. If we’re talking fictional, I don’t have one (beyondSteve/Bucky, though I haven’t read MCU in a while). If we’re talking they’re actually together IRL, thenLouis Tomlinson/Harry Styles.

Have you ever “shippedat first sight”?

Well, Arthur/Eames, I suppose. Also, Peter/Neal/Elizabeth inWhite Collar, because hot damn.

Talk about a ship youinitially disliked.

I don’t think I have one? If I dislike something, I avoid mediainvolving it. There are ships I start out semi-enjoying (like Methos/Duncan)and then begin disliking. And Tony/Steve from MCU. But generally, if I dislikesomething from the start, I’m not going to start enjoying it. Give me a fandomand I’ll try to think of someone, but nothing’s coming to mind.

Which of your shipshave the best chemistry?

… I’ll stick with fictional.

Peter/Neal/Elizabeth, Steve/Bucky, Parker/Hardison/Eliot,Dean/Sam, Joe/Shane/Marian.  I also havequite a few ships that are crossover, so I have nothing non-fic of theminteracting. (Most of my f/f ships, actually.)

Which of your shipsdeserve better writing?

Derek/Stiles, for sure.  Methos/Kronos.I very rarely ship canon couples, so I unfortunately can’t think of any m/fpairings. Or f/f ones that aren’t crossovers. Maybe Faith/Buffy?

If you could change one thing about your OTP,what would that be?

ForSteve/Bucky, that it becomes actualfax canon instead of subtext with het stuffshoehorned in. That might actually make me watch movies again.  For Kronos/Methos, the outcome of the Horsemenarc entirely. 

MaybeI should request fandoms be attached to these questions?

What would your character do if they lived forever? 

So, I’ve recently come to the conclusion that living forever is the most horrible fate to wish on anyone. Therefore, I’m going to choose my favorite character who is already immortal and actually wants to live forever: Methos. And he’s going to do what he’s done all along: learn new things, adapt, find the most advantageous position, manipulate events, and come out on top whatever the situation. 

If your character could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?

Hmm. I’ll chose Shane. And he’d be happy to be remembered as the farmhand who helped out that summer and left hope in his wake. 

What is something your character wants to forget? 

Loki wants to forget the thousand years he spent failing to earn Odin’s approval. He’ll never be able to.
