Metalfoes is an archetype with incredible support to play arround with for their Fusion Summons. This is mainly due many of its members being Normal Monsters, which combined with being Pendulum Monsters provides them a solid number of cards to gather together for any purpose needed. Although many of them are effectless they share the ability to replace each other with Spells and Traps from our Deck, quickly gathering key cards as Metalfoes gather arround in our Extra Deck for future summons. Therefore, with powerful searching abilities to look for virtually every card in the build, Metalfoes can quickly prepare their strongest setups as soon the Duel begins.
As many Pendulum strategies Metalfoes got severely affected by the new Extra Monster Zone, and thus "Heavymetalfoes Electrumite" came out to carry the archetype arround that issue with not only its arrows but also abilities. As soon "Electrumite" arrives by Link Summon we will be allowed to look for a Pendulum Monster to be sent from our Deck to our Extra Deck. Quite similar to other Metalfoes' abilities, "Electrumite" can destroy another face-up card of ours to retrieve a Pendulum Monster from our Extra Deck. Finally and limited to once per turn, "Electrumite" will let us draw a card as soon a card in our Pendulum Zone leaves the field. Overall a monster all about card managament by handling our Pendulum Monsters from start to finish, and together with its position as Link Monster it will be able to carry the archetype on its own.
In an archetype infested with Normal Pendulum Monsters, a monster like "Heavymetalfoes Electrumite" will become quickly summoned from the beginning of a Duel. By the mere assistance of "Rescue Rabbit" we can immediately obtain two Pendulum Monsters from inside our Deck to work as materials, which can be any Normal Metalfoes excluding "Metalfoes Volflame" due its high Level. If this is not the main method to Link summon "Electrumite" it will be by Pendulum Summon, as even if we don't have a Link Monster to assist us shouldn't be difficult to bring monsters from our hand and/or atleast a Pendulum Monster from our Extra Deck in later turns. Keep on mind that "Electrumite" summoning conditions and effects are not limited to its own archetype, so if needed we can mix other options like "Astrograph Sorcerer" and "Chronograph Sorcerer" summoning themselves when a card of ours is destroyed (Even by Metalfoes' effects and other cards of ours) to work on its Link summon afterwards.
While the archetype's Fusion Monsters focuses on offense, "Electrumite" is more about supporting our Pendulum Monsters by working arround its three abilities. Right upon arrival "Electrumite" will send a Pendulum Monster from our Deck to the Extra Deck, which can be helpful to be summoned on that same turn of be brought back to our hand by the effect of "Electrumite". This second effect works arround the same mechanics as the shared ability of other Metalfoes to gather Spells and Traps, destroying our own Pendulum Monsters to return later and/or interacting along the effects of "Metalfoes Counter" and "Metalfoes Combination". The same applies with the drawing effect of "Electrumite", as if isn't the one destroying our Pendulum Monsters to retrieve others and draw by its third effect it will be the other self-removal mechanics the archetype works arround with. Therefore in various circumstances "Electrumite" can follow its effects in order by dumping a Pendulum Monster from our Deck, get it back by destroying another, and end with its drawing effect. And if is not keeping us gaining cards and Pendulum Monsters each turn including against opponent's disruptive effects, "Electrumite" can always work as material of the archetype's Fusion Summons and even bigger Link Summons when its assistance is no longer needed.
With abilities that sinergize with the rest of Metalfoes and with itself, "Heavymetalfoes Electrumite" easily becomes a solid choice for not only the archetype but any other Pendulum Monsters we can fit in our Deck. Two searching effects that can assist each other and the rest of Pendulum Monsters' setups that can go from Metalfoes effects to setting up Scales, and a drawing effect that although is just once per turn is pretty much assured as Metalfoes monsters destroy each other including "Electrumite" own effect. Is a monster that its benefits are pretty much assured in some way or another, keeping the momentum by working with its archetype or even alone arround its own effects. The only problem is that is kinda weak to really stand out in battles, but with the several advantages that can potentially provide as soon is Link Summon is quite likely to have coverage from stronger allies. Together with a very easy to achieve Link Summon, "Electrumite" is a wonderful monster able to carry not only other Metalfoes but also other Pendulum Decks if needed.
