Hello! I'm a big fan of your blog, and I just saw your ask about what got you started shipping Bruce/Diana. I just wanted to say how happy it makes me that you include the Justice League cartoon seriously in your discussions! I love the Batman/Justice League cartoons, but I sometimes feel like because I don't read comics I wouldn't be taken seriously as a fan. Thanks and keep up the awesome work!
Thank you so much. It is such an honor to bring happiness to people like you through my blog. I will definitely keep up the work for all Batman/Wonder Woman shippers
The JL & JLU cartoons fueled my love more for Batman (and for Wonder Woman) because I grew up watching Batman: The Animated Series and I think it helped me in growing as a fan.
Well, whether you don’t read the comics or you don’t watch the series or you do both, I think it doesn’t matter. I think the measurement of being a fan to a character, like being a fan of Batman, is not measure through reading comics, watching the series, or doing both, but rather through the love and admiration that you have for the character. Although the introduction of the character may somehow differ in terms of intermediaries used to you or to others, it does not matter as long as you love the character so much.
Trust me, I began being a fan of Batman through the animated series and since I wanted to know more about him because I was fascinated about him, I started to dwell in the comic universe of Batman. Same goes with my love for Wonder Woman and for the pairing except that it was the series that starred Lynda Carter that made me begin to love Diana.
