Tried some psyllium (metamucacil I think?) yesterday and didn't feel anything, so I've double the amount and had some with dinner...
I immediately got gassy and needed the bathroom, but I suspect that wasn't from the dose I took 30 minutes before 👀 I'll see what happens now...
Tummy update?
Nothing interesting happened! But I did some reading and it said the powder stuff is better than the stuff in capsules, so I've ordered some of that to experiment with too ;)
