I think she was gifted to Pink, but i don’t know if by WD alone. I think Yellow and Blue had something to do with it as well.

of course he has, when he was allowed to partake in war planning they were always there assisting the Queen and sometimes if he was assigned to their platoon he’d fight among them

they never really liked him as much though, he was way too sadistic, violent, and hard to deal with sometimes when their personalities clashed(tho that make them hypocrites)
