‼️Mushy post alert‼️Here’s a blurry picture I snapped of the lights at the Met yesterday. I’ve lived in New York now for nearly three years! . Sometimes that feels like a lifetime ago, but most of the time I remember the first couple of off off off off OFF OFF broadway shows I worked on, (or the bar I used to work at, or that time I was a shoe model for a hot second) as if it were yesterday. Now, nearly a year after starting my application, I’m finally reaching the end of my work requirement to be in the theatrical wardrobe union, a goal I’ve had for a long time and have worked very hard towards. I currently work at the Metropolitan Opera and at The Phantom of the Opera. My jobs are SO cool and I’m SO busy and I’m SO happy. This is the beginning of a new chapter for me. :’) . . . . #personal #metropolitanopera #dresser #broadwaydresser #union #local764 #iatse #unionstrong (at The Metropolitan Opera) https://www.instagram.com/p/B47o31aBORT/?igshid=1ssmr2nq935zw
