A Mexican twist on the classic BLT sandwich, featuring crispy bacon, creamy guacamole, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: 6 slices of bacon. 6 slices of bread. 2 ripe avocados. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and diced. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves.
Instructions: In a pan, cook bacon until it's crispy. Put paper towels down to dry. Toast pieces of bread until they turn golden brown. Diced onion, jalapeo, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper should be mixed with mashed avocados in a bowl. Each piece of toasted bread should have a lot of guacamole spread on it. On half of the bread slices, put lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and bacon. Add the last few slices of bread on top to make sandwiches. Lay out the sandwiches on a diagonal and serve.
