Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup gluten-free granola. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put strawberry dice and honey in a small bowl. Wait 10 minutes to let the flavors mix. Place Greek yogurt, diced strawberries with honey, and gluten-free granola in serving glasses or jars one layer at a time until the glass is full. Finish with a layer of yogurt on top.
