One is owned by Nestle, a large chocolate manufacturer with more #preservatives and Palsgaard4150 (PGPR). This #ingredient is used to add more chocolate flavor but has been known to be harmful. Nestle uses it in all it's products. On the other hand, #Ibarra Chocolate is still owned by a Mexican company. They have been around longer.
