So I decided to create special kind of Daiquiri with it. - - - - - - - - - - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🗒️ Recipe - - - - - - - - - - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 60 ml Aged Rum (@mezanrum Mezan XO) - 22.5 ml Spiced Syrup - 30 ml Lime Juice - Top with Honey Lime Foam - - - - - - - - - - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SPICED SYRUP - 150g Water - 300g Demerara Sugar - 15g Vanilla Sugar - 1 tbsp Dryed Lemon Peel - 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Ground Anise - 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves - - - - - - - - - - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HONEY LIME FOAM - 80 ml Water - 20 ml Honey - 20 ml Lime Juice - 3 Egg Whites - - - - - - - - - - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pour all the ingredients in the shaker, give it a shake and strain into a Coupe glass. Pour all the ingredients for the foam in a cream whipper, give it a shake and pour on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
