Hettinger filed a patent application for a "spinning toy" in 1993.[10] Hettinger told the New York Post that the idea for the toy came as she saw young boys throwing rocks at police officers in Israel. In response to seeing that, she wanted to develop a soothing toy that could help children release pent-up energy and "promote peace."[9]

last time i ran for exercise was 2011 and I distinctly remember not being able to go quarter mile without having to walk it out and catch my breath. tonight i ran 2 miles in under 20 minutes while conversating and didn’t so much as get a stitch or a cramp or anything. might have to make a more regular thing out of this.
