timmys reasonable. timmys realistic, and he only gets meaner because jay was hounding him & being all weird n evasive while tims life was only starting to get less shit (if... you can even call it that). but hes nice. enough. to the weird guy that keeps following him and getting into his business. timmys a sweetheart. a different flavour of sweetheart in comparison to brian, perhaps, but a sweetie pie schnookums nonetheless. brian upsets me on a visceral level.

BUT this is where you lose the peakest yaoi with your simple minded description of Brian Thomas. We see about what, 3 minutes- maybe not even that screen time of his. If you want to HC him as this nice angel of a guy, sure, go ahead, BUT the guy has issues of his own. He can be anything you want him to be as far as he keeps his "niceness."
He can be manipulative, reckless, hot headed, not being able to handle criticism well, egoistal- ALL of that at once. That's how I see him. His flaws and "bad" habits are PUSHED and flashed out when he loses himself and shapes himself into the "hoody". Hoody is an awful person, no denying that, but he's also tortured and hurting.
