I made this embroidery for Sgaia. They are a company who make amazing vegan ‘meats’ made of wheat, i.e. Mheat! This is a riff on The iconic Smiths album which must have helped to turn a fair few meat eaters veggie back in the 80s! I added a few sprigs of glittery gold wheat in the background as a nod to what this lovely food is made of, and popped in the company name at the side, in the same font as The Smiths’ logo.
