Oh yeah!!So here is some unapologetic happiness (me standing behind myself instead of being too ashamed by my mere existence, tumblr is the only place where i would do it…)

- all the love i have for my boyfriend and he has for me

- how beautiful it feels when i am leaving my body: before sleep, when drinking alcohol or smoking weed

- thinking about what my beloved cat who is back home is up to

- feeling the arising emotion and sitting with it as opposed to reacting and being consumed by it

Thank you so much! I am talking with my therapist a lot about it, too. It’s just so frustrating because she is my mother and I want her to like me and comments like that do not make me feel liked at all^^° we’ll see what she says today about me protestwearing the top ;)
